“Financial Manager” is required for a Multinational fashion and apparel company located in 10th of Ramadan.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting functions including budgeting, reporting, treasury, and financial control.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals and corporate plans.
- Manage financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Supervise and guide finance teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity positions; manage banking relationships and financial facilities.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Review cost structures and margins to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvement.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders to maintain financial integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 15–20 years of total experience, including at least 10 years in manufacturing (textile industry is a must).
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Proven experience in treasury and financial control functions.
- Advanced SAP user and implementor; proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Professional certifications: CFA, CPA, and/or CMA are required.
