“Office Manager” is required for a Well-Known Real Estate company located in New Cairo.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Act as a strategic communication link between the Chairman and senior management.
  • Follow up on reports, tasks, and key deliverables with senior management.
  • Filter and manage information and communications directed to the Chairman, taking action or redirecting as necessary.
  • Keep the Chairman informed of upcoming deadlines, meetings, and important engagements.
  • Prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics for meetings and appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and proper distribution.
  • Review and prioritize correspondence and documents, highlighting urgent matters.
  • Maintain an organized system of records, memos, minutes, and other important documents for quick retrieval.
  • Stay informed about the company’s projects by attending site visits and tracking project developments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certificate or diploma in Secretarial Science, Management, Mass Communication, or a similar discipline.
  • Fluent in English with excellent business writing and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
  • At least 15 years of experience in secretarial or executive support roles, including a minimum of 5 years working directly with executive or board-level management, preferably in the real estate sector
