“Office Manager” is required for a Well-Known Real Estate company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Chairman’s calendar, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing tasks.
- Act as a strategic communication link between the Chairman and senior management.
- Follow up on reports, tasks, and key deliverables with senior management.
- Filter and manage information and communications directed to the Chairman, taking action or redirecting as necessary.
- Keep the Chairman informed of upcoming deadlines, meetings, and important engagements.
- Prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics for meetings and appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and proper distribution.
- Review and prioritize correspondence and documents, highlighting urgent matters.
- Maintain an organized system of records, memos, minutes, and other important documents for quick retrieval.
- Stay informed about the company’s projects by attending site visits and tracking project developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Certificate or diploma in Secretarial Science, Management, Mass Communication, or a similar discipline.
- Fluent in English with excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
- At least 15 years of experience in secretarial or executive support roles, including a minimum of 5 years working directly with executive or board-level management, preferably in the real estate sector
