"Administrative and Facility Manager" is required for a Multinational Logistics and Supply Chain Company located in Sukhna Road.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and streamline all general administrative functions to ensure day-to-day operational excellence.
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and critical company documentation. Ensure proper filing systems and compliance with local Egyptian regulations.
  • Supervise the reception area and front-office team to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
  • Oversee the entire facility at Al Ain El Sokna site, ensuring it is safe, clean, and fully operational.
  • Manage all facility services, including maintenance, repairs, utilities (electricity, water), cleaning, and space planning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and service providers.
  • Ensure all facility operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Egypt.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize a safe, reliable, and cost-effective employee transportation system.
  • Oversee the entire company fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, insurance, licensing, and fuel management.
  • Lead, train, and manage the team of drivers, ensuring the highest standards of punctuality, professionalism, and safety.
  • Implement tracking systems to monitor routes and ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce robust security protocols; manage the security team to protect company assets and personnel.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for emergency response plans (fire, medical, etc.) and conduct regular drills.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team, including administrative staff, drivers, and security personnel.
  • Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare periodic reports on service performance and issue resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards by vendors and staff.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a comprehensive administrative and facility management role.
  • Proven experience in fleet management and managing a team of drivers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labour, traffic, and facility regulations is essential.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
