“Head of IT” is required for a reputable Manufacturing company located in 10th of Ramadan
Responsibilities:
- Make authoritative recommendations that have a significant short- and long-term impact on the business. These recommendations may be technical or professional in nature.
- Develop innovative solutions by analyzing and integrating complex, diverse sources of information.
- Identify emerging issues and organizational needs, including potential causes, barriers, key stakeholders, and related concerns.
- Recommend changes to policies, processes, standards, and practices to improve operational support and efficiency.
- Oversee the daily operations of the department by analyzing workflows, setting priorities, developing standards, and establishing deadlines.
- Collaborate with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure cooperation and resolve problems.
- Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other IT personnel.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Develop and maintain computer information systems, ensuring data security, control, strategic IT planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the same field.
- Over 6–10 years of experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources within short to medium timeframes, aligned with organizational policy frameworks.
