Facility Maintenance & Administration Specialist is required for Multinational Chemical Manufacturing. Job location: Alexandria.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a maintenance team, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance.
- Follow up the hygiene level by monitoring the housekeeping performance and well supervise the service provider staff.
- Ensure that stock levels from grocery and stationery are safe.
- Ensure all utility invoices are sent to Finance at a proper time every month.
- Ensure all admin requests received from employees are responded on time
- Monitor and solve problems for the Group Transportation service.
- Provide support to HR team onsite, ensure the proper onboarding for the new hired employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask across diverse administrative activities.
- Good in English Language and computer skills.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
