“Motor Claims Administrator – Intimation” A newly established Medical Insurance Company, launched by a Leading Multinational Bank, located in Dokki.
Responsibilities:
- To register Third party vehicle damage claims with appropriate reserves.
- To identify and flag potential frauds for further investigations.
- To monitor and achieve the target TATs in recoveries for following key process.
- Respond to notifications received from Third Party Insurers.
- Examine & Settle all TPI claims received within TAT.
- Booking of all Claims Recovered from TPI within TAT.
- Follow up with Third Party insurance companies.
- To Manage regular monthly/quarterly Exchange with insurance Companies.
- To Liaise with different Departments such Legal, Finance, Motor Assessment and Motor Settlement to solve claim related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of experience in motor claims department.
- Motor claim recovery experience in UAE market – Mandatory.
- Communication skills – Good Telephone etiquitte, Email Communication skills.
- Ability to develop rapport with TP Insurance companies to achieve target recovery ratios.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel.
- Excellent command of English Language is a must.
- Work Model: Hybrid, with a mandatory full on-site presence for the first 6 months.
- Working Days and Hours: from Monday to Friday starting at 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
