Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and support regarding banking services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- English level B2 or higher (Upper-Intermediate).
- Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
- Customer-focused and professional.
