"Service Coordinator" is required for a multinational HVAC machinery manufacturing company located in Heliopolis, Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice service jobs and track job-related expenses.
- Monitor expiring contracts and assist in AMC renewals.
- Manage labor hour entries and submit monthly OT reports.
- Maintain AMC documentation and service job files.
- Handle petty cash, supplier LPOs, and inventory clearance.
- Coordinate warranty claims and procurement of consumables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent in English is a must.
- Familiarity with HVAC, EMS, or temperature control systems is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
