“Channel Development Manager (B2B)” is required for a reputable FMCG located in Giza
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong market knowledge by keeping close contact with customers, understanding their needs, feedback, and perception of the company’s brands.
- Analyze product performance across different B2B channels and identify improvement opportunities.
- Scout and evaluate new B2B channels for current and future solutions to drive growth.
- Drive the strategic direction and market positioning of the company’s Solutions and Bakery Ingredients brands across all key channels.
- Ensure each brand has a clear and differentiated identity aligned with customer and market needs.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle from opportunity identification, R&D briefing, market testing, and launch.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Packaging, Operations, Procurement, and Finance) to ensure timely, high-quality product rollouts.
- Identify and develop new product opportunities, extensions, and improvements, ensuring proper pilot testing and market readiness.
- Manage supplier and machine partner relationships, ensuring reliability, innovation, and smooth ordering, distribution, and deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B channel development, trade marketing, or business development within FMCG/food.
- Proven success in managing distributors and business accounts.
- Strong expertise in BTL marketing, trade promotions, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills; willing to travel across Egypt.
