“BMC Remedy Developer” is required for a Multinational Telecommunication Company.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy applications using Developer Studio (advanced forms & workflows).
- Collaborate with ITSM process owners and teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and bug fixes for Remedy applications.
- Configure and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Level, Asset Management, and CMDB).
- Ensure system performance, stability, and continuous improvement of Remedy solutions.
- Document development processes, customizations, and workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/ Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in BMC Remedy Development (Developer Studio, forms, and workflows).
- Solid database knowledge with SQL/PL-SQL.
- Proven experience in Remedy modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Level, Asset Management with CMDB) is a must.
- Knowledge working with APIs/Web Services integrations.
- Programming knowledge (Java, VB, C, C++, C#, or Oracle Forms & Reports).
- Fundamentals of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
