"Senior Trainer" is required for an international luxury fashion retail brand located in Corniche El Nil, Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in luxury retail service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Onboard and coach new and existing retail staff.
- Customize training materials to align with brand standards.
- Conduct in-store coaching and performance evaluations.
- Track training effectiveness using key metrics (e.g. sales, client feedback).
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with targeted training.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting service excellence.
- Collaborate with retail and HR teams to meet business goals.
- Maintain training records and support continuous development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail brands is a must.
- Fluent in English is a must.
