"Shift Manager" is required for an international luxury fashion retail brand located in Corniche El Nil, Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the retail team during assigned shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, taking action to drive results.
- Handle customer issues, escalations, and complaints professionally.
- Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment activities.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
- Train, coach, and motivate sales staff during shifts.
- Ensure store policies, grooming, and operational standards are met.
- Maintain floor presence and act as the point of contact in the absence of senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury or premium retail brands is a must.
- Fluent in English is a must.
