"CEO" is required for a well-known personal care products located in Maadi.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s mission and market opportunities.
- Identify emerging trends in the pharmaceutical/cosmeceutical sectors and adapt business plans accordingly.
- Lead M&A efforts, strategic partnerships, and global expansion initiatives.
- Oversee daily operations across R&D, production, supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing practices (GMP, ISO standards, FDA/EMA regulations).
- Collaborate with the CFO to manage financial planning, budgeting, and investor relations.
- Report financial and operational performance to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
- Ensure all products meet international and local regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.).
- Establish and maintain a strong quality management system.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to commercialization within compliance frameworks.
- Drive branding, marketing, and sales efforts to grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
- 10–15+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, or life sciences industries.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory affairs, clinical development, and manufacturing in pharma/cosmeceuticals.
- Experience in fundraising, IPOs, or private equity (a plus).
