“Quality Control Manager” is required for Well Known Trading & Packaging located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure production compliance with all needed specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all ISO and customer/external audit requirements.
- Works with production and customer to determine optimized process settings to assure specified requirements are met.
- Manages customer complaint process under the supervision of the Quality Director.
- Owner of Root Cause Analysis Process by involving relevant departments in developing appropriate corrective action response.
- Responsible for promoting a quality mindset in all plant employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality control within the FMCG or food & beverage sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance in FMCG.
- Fluent English is a must.
