“Trade Marketing Manager” is required for Well Known Trading & Packaging located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support key account activities and promotional campaigns.
- Supervise and lead the merchandising team to ensure in-store visibility.
- Monitor and analyze trade marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage trade marketing budget and ROI tracking.
- Train and develop the merchandising team to uphold high standards of retail execution and brand representation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent command of English.
- 7+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG/Food Production.
- Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper behavior.
- Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
