“Head of IT” is required for Well Known Trading & Packaging located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Mega IT projects, manage information technology, and computer systems.
- Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plan(s) for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and new technology initiatives using the company's exclusive methodology and tools.
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and software applications.
- Managing the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security, and performance.
- Engaging with third-party vendors for system support, maintenance, and services, and ensuring service-level agreements are met.
- Install, configure, and integrate hardware, software, networks, and other IT components.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- 7+ years in IT leadership roles.
- Strong exposure to digital transformation, enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and vendor management.
