“OD Specialist” is required for a Leading Trade Chemical Distributor Company located in Heliopolis.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with department heads and leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs.
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and refinement of KPI frameworks across departments.
- Maintain performance data and reporting tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze performance trends and assist in generating reports to support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to help teams understand and effectively utilize KPIs.
- Assist in conducting organizational assessments and identifying development opportunities.
- Support organizational development initiatives related to performance, culture, and change.
- Stay updated on best practices in performance measurement and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, HR.
- Working knowledge of KPI frameworks and performance measurement tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Fluent English is a must.
