“Purchasing Specialist” is required for multinational industrial company.


Responsibilities:
  • Source, negotiate, and manage purchases from both local and international suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, track shipments, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier offers to optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and support operational needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues or delays.
  • Prepare procurement reports and present key insights to management.
  • Working type: Fully Remote.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local and foreign procurement processes.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
