“Senior Procurement Specialist” is required for a multinational water treatment company located in Smart Village.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFQs and identify material procurement needs.
- Develop and execute cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with project goals.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to manage budgets and optimize spending.
- Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure supplier compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance for supplier payments.
- Manage supplier approvals and maintain supplier performance evaluations.
- Support and implement QHSSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) within procurement activities.
- Promote a culture of health, safety, environment, and quality compliance.
- Report QHSSE risks and ensure adherence to standards and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in procurement management, preferably in water and wastewater projects.
- Experience in foreign and local is a Must.
- Thorough understanding of procurement principles, practices, and regulations. Familiarity with public procurement processes and procedures is advantageous.
