“Sales Manager” is required for a Reputable Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Company located in Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field experience in Shipping, Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent Command of English Language.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international logistics operations and pricing structures.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
