"HR Director” is required for a reputable FMCG company located in Industrial Area- Basateen.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Lead compensation and benefits planning and administration.
• Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.
• Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic input.
• Monitor HR metrics and report on workforce trends and insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience.
• Excellent English is must.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
