"HR Personnel Coordinator" is required for a Multinational company located in Sheraton. ​


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  • Communicate and follow up with governmental entities (Labor Office/Social Insurance Office).
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employee database, etc.) based on labor law.
  • Prepare and submit insurance forms (Form 1 and Form 6) to Social Insurance.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide information on company offerings and assist customers in their usage.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements for enhanced satisfaction.
​Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year experience.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
