“Senior Compliance Officer” is required for Insurance Brokerage Company located in Smart Village.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and Revise Policies, Contracts & Agreements.
- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program & Internal Company policy.
- Make sure the organization has a clearly defined program for complying with the country’s law.
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed, & proactively audit processes.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
- Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk.
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
- Train & communicate with employees on regulations and make sure that everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal, and external laws & FRA regulations. & conduct onboarding compliance training for new hires.
- Handling AML Reports with FRA.
- Handling any other requirements by FRA.
- Handling Board Meetings, OGM, EGM.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, or related field & Proven experience with 6 years as a Compliance Officer.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, FRA requirements and industry standards.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance) is a plus.
