“Senior Compliance Officer” is required for Insurance Brokerage Company located in Smart Village.


Responsibilities:
  • Draft and Revise Policies, Contracts & Agreements.
  • Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program & Internal Company policy.
  • Make sure the organization has a clearly defined program for complying with the country’s law.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed, & proactively audit processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
  • Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk.
  • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
  • Train & communicate with employees on regulations and make sure that everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal, and external laws & FRA regulations. & conduct onboarding compliance training for new hires.
  • Handling AML Reports with FRA.
  • Handling any other requirements by FRA.
  • Handling Board Meetings, OGM, EGM.
  • Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
​Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law, or related field & Proven experience with 6 years as a Compliance Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, FRA requirements and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance) is a plus.
