“Purchasing Officer” is required in an Auto parts manufacturing Company Located in Obour.
Responsibilities:
Keeping records/files in the computer about the company's purchases, suppliers, prices and items dealt with in a way that facilitates reference when needed.
Setting policies and all necessary conditions for completing purchasing operations.
Conducting a good study of the market and determining the status of competing companies and institutions.
Arranging and recording all data related to purchasing operations according to the specified records.
Bringing samples of the items to be purchased from the market to inspect them with the requesting party before deciding on the purchase.
Following up on the arrival of items and ensuring that they conform to the specifications stated in the purchase order in coordination with the warehouses and the requesting party.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
