“Telemarketing Specialist” is required for a reputable IT services Company located in Garden City.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information and resolving issues.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and industry trends to the marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • Knowledge of IT services is a must.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience.
