“Head of Finance (Shared Services Center)” is required for a Multinational FMCG company located in New Cairo.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals responsible for a specific functional area within the shared service center, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations or financial reporting and tax
- Establish the Finance Shared Service Center for Northeast Africa & Middle Cluster (14 markets)
- Overseeing finance operations for (9 Legal entities spanning over 4 countries: Egypt, UAE, KSA & Lebanon. Business is done in 15 different countries in the Northeast Africa and Middle East Region).
- Provide guidance, direction, and coaching to team members, setting clear performance expectations, and supporting their professional development and growth.
- Driving transformation & Change.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, including task assignment, workload management, and resolution of escalated issues, to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards, analyzing trends and implementing corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 10+ years experience in accounting (Shared Service Center set up).
- Experience in team management.
- Good communication, presentation and social skills.
