"Recruiter” is required for a reputable trading company located in Heliopolis.
Main duties:
Source and recruitcandidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to making offers.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
