“Receptionist” is required for an Audit, Risk & Advisory services company located in the Down Town Cairo.

  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage telephone-based enquiries, allocating, if possible, to the relevant department. Take messages when required.
  • Manage the mailroom (incoming and outgoing mails) for sorting and distribution.
  • Overlooking the courier services.
  • Adhere to office policies in maintaining logbooks (visitors, meeting rooms, international calls, incoming and outgoing mail) to employee relations.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a receptionist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
