“Art Director” is required for a Digital Marketing company located in New Cairo, the first settlement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual concept development for advertising and marketingcampaigns, overseeing the creative direction of design projects.
- Manage a team of designers and collaborate with copywriters, ensuring acohesive and visually striking execution of creative concepts.
- Provide hands-on design expertise, creating high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for campaigns.
- Review and approve design concepts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients and internal teams, effectively conveying the creative vision.
- Oversee the production and delivery of design assets, ensuring they meetproject deadlines and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry-bestpractices, and sharing insights with the team.
- Collaborate with project managers and account executives to manage client expectations and deliverables.
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to team members for skill development and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. (Notcompulsory).
- Proven experience in art direction and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
