“IT Deputy Manager “is required for a multinational government and diplomatic services company located in New Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end procurement to payment operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure error-free data capture.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal users, vendors, and suppliers.
- Managing IT Procurement Outsourced Team – Helping the IT procurement outsourced team wherever possible.
- Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department.
- Coordinate with IT Vendors for procurement.
- Coordinate with application PM for application login IDs/URLs.
- Coordinate with the central IS Team for security policy implementation.
- Ensure all activities related to rollout are complete as per the Checklist & signoff is completed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, out of which at least one year managing the procurements and inventory in mid-range organization.
- Excellent command of the English language. (Writing and speaking).
