“Senior Research Manager” is required for an international Technology, Information and Media company located in Cairo.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth and operations of the company in Egypt.
- Coach a growing team of 20+ team members (fast-growing)
- Collaborate at the leadership level with a team of three experienced Tier 1 management consultants based in Paris, contributing to the research.
- Deliver high-quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision-making on multi-million-dollar investments.
- Communicate directly with the highest-level customers, including fund managers, billionaire entrepreneurs, and family office managers.
- Support the strategic development of the company hand in hand with the founders to develop sustainable, unique differentiation in the market.
- This role will require being diligent in focusing on cross-functional topics in addition to research while maintaining strong communication and relationships with head office in Paris to meet overall objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business/finance.
- Proven experience as a Tier 1 strategy consultant for at least 4–6 years.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring a team and knowing how to collaborate efficiently.
