A Reputable Chemical Manufacturing company located in Cairo is hiring a Senior IT Specialist position
Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
- Provide technical support for local and remote users in different locations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
- Apply the application of all IT policies and Regulations.
- Set up and configure surveillance cameras.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, CCNA, and Firewall fundamentals
- Research to solve HW & SW
- Support & configure servers.
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Computer Science or relevant field
- The average experience between 3-5 years
- ODOO ERP system knowledge is preferable.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.
- ESXI & firewall knowledge is a must.
