A Reputable Warehousing & Logistics company located in Cairo is hiring a Telesales Representative position
Job Description:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Offer solutions based on the clients' needs and capabilities.
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Measure identified KPIs.
- Prepare and present achievements and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Tele sales Representative
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
