A Reputable Clothing Brand Company located in Ismailia is hiring a Design Manager position
Job Description:
- Managing the design process from conception to final styling.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Designing and creating garments using pattern making.
- Reviewing product for style and fit during the sampling process.
- Ensuring product agrees with business strategy.
- Support production and quality teams whenever needed to guarantee the delivery of the products as designed.
- Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors, and shapes.
- Planning and developing ranges.
- Lead and Monitor the Fashion Designers Team.
- Liaise closely with sales, buying, and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the items meet brief, market, and price points.
- Source, select, and buy fabrics, trims, fastenings, and embellishments.
- Adapting existing designs for mass production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Minimum five years of experience as a designer manager.
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Expert in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and CLO.
