An international Company located in 10th of Ramadan is hiring a Key Account Manager position.
Job Description:
- Work across functions to ensure activities fit with the customer requirements, company guidelines & policies.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
- Participates in the implementation of corrective measures.
- Participates in clients’ audits and ensures that it is properly implemented.
- Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine the necessary customer service approach.
- Ensure close collaboration with all departments within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of the English language. (Writing and speaking)
- Expert in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
