Job description:
  • Previous experience as a supply chain or logistics manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain/logistics processes
  • Working experience withERP systems (Preferred Odoo ERP System)
  • Aware of all requirements of the NAFEZA system, creating ACID, customs clearance process, etc.
  • Aware of NTRA procedures (renewal of the company license, getting approvals, etc.)
  • Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, etc.).
  • Manage supply chain procedures efficiently to maximize the quality of delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, customers, etc.
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
  • Follow purchase orders payment, physical goods receiving, storing, legalization, documentation, and data entry in different Work systems and applications.
  • Making valuable deals with different service providers (Shipping agencies, transportation companies, insurance companies, etc.).
  • Help and direct employees of the logistics department in all work matters.

Qualifications:
  • B. SC. in international transport and logistics, or relevant field.
  • 7-10 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and transport management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mind.
  • Proficiency in English (writing and speaking).
