A reputable company located in Maadi is hiring a Senior IT Engineer


Job description:
  • Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
  • Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations.
  • Set up and configure surveillance cameras.
  • Configuring attendance machines and theirreporting system service.
  • Good understanding of Windows Server, and Firewall fundamentals
  • Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
  • Implement and maintain security controls.
  • Identify and solve potential and actual security problems.
  • Assess the current situation, evaluatetrends, and anticipatesecurity requirements.

Qualifications:
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or Related Field.
  • Experience + 5 Years.
  • Provide Technical Support for Hardware and Software Issues
  • Ability to diagnose and Resolve Basic Technical Issues
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Very good command ofEnglish
