A Saudi Arabian company located in Makkah is hiring a Call Center Manager position


Job Description:
  • Supervising the telemarketing team and following up on the work entrusted to him
  • Follow-up the daily report of telemarketing officials on calls, follow-ups, and visits.
  • Monitoring and following up the plans and policies established by the company for dealing with customer data
  • Follow up on the report of phone calls to the telemarketing team on the CRM program
  • Follow-up and analysis of the level of calls to ensure that the highest quality standards are achieved.
  • Write a daily report on the number of clients referred to visit the branches.
  • Follow the strategic plan set for the Telemarketing Department to ensure the best marketing performance.
  • Contribute to the implementation of telemarketing strategies.
  • Cooperating with the marketing department in preparing market studies and measuring customer satisfaction.
  • Training the work team and providing suggestions to improve sales performance
  • Develop an annual marketing plan to develop the level of telemarketing and increase sales to deliver the project on time
  • Constant communication with shareholders and sellers to enhance the success of activities and enhance company's presence in the real estate market.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is a Must
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in the same position
  • Excellent command of English language
