A reputable company located in Sheraton is hiring an Operation Specialist position
Job Description:
- Help execute the logistics strategy for the region in alignment with the global supply chain strategy in support of business growth including expansion into emerging markets.
- Help manage the transportation and distribution warehouse operations and drive continuous improvements and productivity gains.
- Roll out the global warehouse standards and optimize the warehouse operations.
- Manage the export and import operations in conjunction with the GE Customs lead.
- Financial responsibilities related to helping achieve Logistics Operating Plan (OP).
- Maintaining and developing partnerships withexisting, new, and potential service providers through effective vendor management leveraging GE’s global scale.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
