A Saudi Arabian company located in Makkah is hiring a Sales Manager position
Job Description:
- Develop plans to train and motivate individuals working in the management and sales of the company and the site (the project)
- Maintain communication with customers to obtain feedback on product and service quality.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and increase returns.
- Communicate with heads of sales and other departments to discuss business plans needed to improve sales performance.
- Direct and coordinate the sales process for the team to ensure appropriate service isin line with customer service standards specified.
- Preparing databases of current, prior, and expected customers and preparing plans to deal with them and periodic communication with them
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in Real state
- Minimum 7 years of people management role in Sales
- Very good command ofEnglish
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
