A reputable company located in New Cairo is hiring a Marketing and Research Senior Executive position
Job Description:
- Support in setting group and projects marketing strategiesand communication plans.
- Increasing company and projects brand awareness as per the approved budget Platform.
- Establishing, monitoring, and setting goals for company and projectmarketing.
- Support and prepare monthly, quarterly, and marketing annual budgets for the company, new opportunities, and ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate information on the company and projectplatforms.
- Set Marketing plans for our projects and follow up with clients’ requirements and execution firms.
- Set intelligence gathering structure on the holding level and prepare a report as per agreed categorization.
- Research the project’s location, consumer behavior, international trends, local trends, and present to the client.
- Brief Execution partners and collect quotations from suppliers from (research, Branding, and Marketing Agencies)
- Follow up on the marketing execution plan and Align with Operation Team on the project site.
- Support the Leasing team with required communication Tools.
- Full review and analysis of the information supplied by the client and any research conducted.
- Review of the marketplace, competitive brands, customer needs and drivers, product mix, and business expectations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Well Maintained and presentable.
- Fluent in English language and copywriting.
- Commercial Real-estate Experience with Developer (Palm Hills, Emmar, SODIC, or Similar Tier Developers) or with Property management Companies such as (JLL and Savills)
- Visual editing is a plus
- Branding Experience is a plus
- Courses Specialized in Marketing Research are a plus
