A Reputable company located in Heliopolis is hiring a HR Personnel Specialist position


Job Description:
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and building a strong relationship with them.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employeedatabase, etc.).
  • Preparing Form 1 and Form 6 Insurance and submitting them to Social Insurance
  • Dealing with inspection reports to remove any insurance violations.
  • Extracting all correspondence between the worker and the insurance(insurance printers to renew licenses and cards...).
  • Preparing the financial dues for each company separately, matching them with salaries, and submitting them to the Financial Department to extract social security checks.
  • Preparing and submitting health insurance beneficiary forms.
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in personnel.
  • Very good command ofEnglish in both written and speaking.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
