A reputable company located in Cairo is hiring an IT Help Desk position


Job Description:
  • Provide HelpDesk support to achieve the agreed department goals.
  • Support users in usingcomputer equipment by providing necessary trainingand advice.
  • Set up new useraccounts and required programs.
  • Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
  • Answer inquiries and resolvesoftware or hardware problems.
  • Procurementcoordination with the suppliers.
  • Coordination with the finance team to ensure timely payment for suppliers.
  • Active Directory, DNS, DCHP, Sophos firewall endpoint, VMware.
  • IT awareness contentincluding video tips, emails, or any communication channel.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or any equivalent degree is a must.
  • CCNA, MCSA, MCSE is a plus.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in the similar field.
