A multinational company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Supply Coordinator, ITB Cluster (6 months contract)


Job description:
  • Review, consolidate and submit a monthly forecast (36‐month forward-looking) in Rapid Response in line with defined planning timelines or submit forecast/orders directly to Vertical supply chain teams
  • Work closelywith Commercial and Finance teams to ensure robust and ongoing reconciliation and alignment between the Operational demand forecast and Financial Planning process, in particular, to support Operating Plan and Quarterly Financial Forecast updates.
  • Participate in key forums to support demand plan generation, including BFR meetings, Market S&OP, Product Change Management and New Product launch meetings, regulatory and submissions reviews as needed.
  • Work closelywith Vertical supply chain teams to validate the monthly Supply Plan that supports the business forecast considering lead time, safety stocks, and shelf life requirements.
  • Identify root causes for Supply/ Obsolescence issues to ensure that corrective actions are implementedand embedded across the organization.
  • Proactively manage the impact of Global, Regional and Local supply issues, coordinating with and escalating to Vertical supply chainto ensure timely resolution and proper communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely execution of orders and shipment management between distributors/institutions, export customer service, and market teams aligned with contractsand SOPs.
  • Contribute to the monthly and weekly financial period estimate reporting process and proactively escalate issues and risks for mitigation by different functions.
  • Plan and coordinate Product Source changes (Plant Network Strategy‐PNS), New Product launches, loss of exclusivity, artwork changes, etc.
  • Ensure that supply plans proposed by Vertical supply chain teams are aligned with registrations, regulatory changes, and timelines.
  • Ensure all processes are well documented in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with clear strategyflows, lead times, and RACI charts aligned with company policies
  • Drive ongoing process and cost improvement & efficiency for all demand, supply, order, and shipment management activities.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles in the supply chain in a multinational organization and/or pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required ‐ preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, International Trade, Supply Chain or Logistics Management
  • ERP system knowledge is preferred
  • Incumbent must be fluent both written and verbally in English
