A multinational company located in Giza is hiring a Sales Excellence Coordinator


Job Description:
  • Responsible for the operational administration of Sample for the commercial team, perform the administrative functions for data processing (Quota plan, allocation, ordering, distribution, reconciliation) ​
  • Perform sample stock physical checking, coordinating with commercial, logistic, BT as well as providing sample reports for any audit or compliance requirements​
  • Keep records according to compliance and regulatory guidelines
  • Guarantee the ownership of sample process end to end​
  • Harmonize Sampling Process Policy​ across the country
  • Implement tracking Sample into CRM system & related dashboards
  • Maintain user accessibility in all applications related to SE scope. ​
Qualifications:
  • Business-oriented perspective on sales and customer-related issues, with experience of working with or in sales, marketing, or other customer-related functions
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs / requirements into effective solutions
  • Working knowledge of SFA / CRM & Sales tracking tools
  • Highly detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Must be able to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Proven troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical skills is a must
  • Proven team player - work well with team members to accomplish common goals
  • Proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office software and Expertunderstanding of Excel and Access
