A multinational company located in Sheraton Heliopolis is hiring a Workshop & Field Service Responsible
Job Description:
- Build-up, manage and train the workshop service team.
- Define and install the workshop equipment.
- Set up and implement the company norms and procedures for the workshop repair activities.
- Responsible for job scheduling and job flow in the day-to-day operations.
- Co-ordinate resources and activities to effectively manage jobs in workshop.
- Coordinate with Purchasing department to ensure supplies are ordered for each job.
- Planning and executing of on-site interventions/works, identifying customer new problems and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Act as a technical adviser in coordination with Sales team on key projects in different areas of the business.
- Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Technical Diploma in a relevant Mechanical field
- 10 years Proven Field Service experience in Hydraulic.
- Passion for troubleshoot test, repair and service of Hydraulic systems.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Expert knowledge of hydraulic systems and its applications
- Experience in repair of hydraulic pump / motor / cylinder as well as fitting & hoses
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- People management skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Proficiency of English Language
