A multinational company located in Alexandria is hiring a Service Sales Engineer


Job Description:
  • Identify key markets and customers and attract the potential for selling services.
  • Propose tactics to generate and develop service sales and develop strong relationship with clients.
  • Provide a report to the direct manager including all the sales activities and updates.
  • Review and document soon- to -be expired contracts for renewal process.
  • Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts “3rd party, recapture and conversion from free to paid” and secure existing contracts subject to new financial adjustments “When needed”.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrating how our service will meet client needs.
  • Negotiate tender and contracts terms to meet both client needs and company targets.
  • Prepare the pricing for job offer for maintenance contracts, and review the pricing for parts,repairs and provide the offers to the customers according to their enquiry.
  • Ensure the completion of the PR/PO procedures.
  • Negotiating and closing offers by agreeing terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience with same field and background.
  • Able to manage, organize and liaise with multiple departments and team members.
  • Able to provide strong analytical data.
  • Strong business/financial acumen
  • A solid technical engineering background.
  • Excellent Sales and negotiation and communication skills.
  • Team work capability.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • The ability to build relationships effectively
  • Strong command of software systems.
  • Excellent Computer skills, to include Excel, Word, Power point and Internet.
  • Excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills.
