A reputable company located in Maadi is hiring a Merchandising Manager
Job Description:
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customer
- Responsible for leveraging merchandising tactics and strategies to drive basket and traffic growth on E-Commerce channels while also maximizing overall E-Commerce margin and profitability
- Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas.
- Manages to achieve E-Commerce merchandising team tasks and objectives
- Functions as the primary point of contact with third-party vendors on the catalog and digital storefront optimization and enhancement requests
- Serves as the point of contact for all internal E-Commerce merchandising requests including modifications to assortment and the product detail
- Coordinates cross-functionally to support E-Commerce promotional or seasonal events as well as company wide events that require E-Commerce placement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field plus a minimum of 4 years of retail merchandising experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- E-Commerce experience highly preferred
- Digital shopper marketing experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong work relationships
- Working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Complete understanding of P/L statements, general ledgers, and margins
- Ability to preserve the confidentiality of information, communicate with all levels of management, and work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines
- The high degree of creativity and ability to work independently
