A reputable company located in New Cairo is hiring a Legal Supervisor


Job Description:
  • Handle overall legal activities including drafting, handling, and reviewing contracts, agreements, or other legal documents as well as various regulations, corporate legal dispute relates to operation.
  • Monitor legal risk in telecommunications and advise other departments accordingly.
  • Review and advise on contracts and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company before all governmental and public bodies in relation to obligations, rights, contracts, and legal procedures related to the company's business.
  • Review Ordinary General Assembly, Extra Ordinary General Assembly, and Board of Directors Meetings minutes.
  • Provide legal advisory and services interpretation to the management, including reviewing and advising on MOUs, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing the legal documentation for shareholders/director’s meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent, English section is a must.
  • Experience in Fintech, Payments or Technology sectors most relevant.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word and Power point)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency English Language (Written and spoken).
  • Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as: corporate law, including regulations and document preparation, litigation, due diligent, and contract negotiation.
  • Having solid knowledge specifically in investment and business law
  • Strong exposure in drafting and reviewing contracts/agreements, especially contracts or agreements in English.
  • Ability to work independently, including gathering information from internal and external sources.
