A multinational company located in Cairo is hiring a Sales Admin


Job Description:
  • Support sales team activities
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare and send quotations, and register customer orders
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain sales and customer records
  • Prepare sales performance reports
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Support marketing related activities
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager to continuously improve sales department performance
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
  • 5 years of professional experience, preferably in related technical sales function
  • Ability to handle technical and commercial topics
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and initiative
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer Oriented
  • Team player
  • Proficiency of English language, German is a plus.
